Chad got his career started as a real estate developer in the early 2000’s and grew a successful business by the time he was in his late 20’s. From there, he answered the call to go into full-time ministry and was a pastor at one of the largest churches in America for 12 years. Most recently, Chad has started using his unique ability to identify value in people and works with leaders and their teams to help people unlock their God-given potential.
