We put restrictions and expectations on ourselves that no one is expecting us to follow through on. You can change what you’re doing. If you’re in the mood to work, do it! Go with your flow, instead of those restrictions you’ve put on yourself. Self-care means following your own path. If you feel the need to work, work!
