UNCHANGING: “When Perspectives Change…”
Romans 8:31-34 NIV
“What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32 He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34 Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” (NIV)
“Although we live in a world that is always changing, We worship and serve a God that is UNCHANGING.”
“Even when our plans change, God’s purposes never do.” “Even when places changes, God’s presence never does.” “Even when perspectives change, God’s provision never does.”
“When everything around you is uncertain, the key to stability is to focus on unchangeable truth.” - Rick Warren
PROVISION “pro” = “for”; “vision” = “see.
“God’s Perspective is what prompts God’s Provision.”
UNCHANGEABLE TRUTH #2 — “God Is For Us”
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” - James 1:17 NIV

PRAYER FOR THIS WEEK: “Almighty God, thank you for the ways that you are providing for me. Even though I may not be able to see it or feel it this morning. I have faith. Because I know You are for me, not against me. And even though I can’t see the future, And even though I may not know what You’re doing, I am placing everything in Your hands. I am choosing to find strength and security and significance In Your provision — even in the midst of my problems, Because I know that You love me. And while You may not give me everything I want, I believe that You will give me everything I need. Because I know that You have already given me The gift of life - both now and forever through Your Son, Jesus Christ. When everything around me is uncertain, Help me to focus my heart and mind on this unchangeable truth. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
