  • God is a God of order. As believers, we should have order in our lives prioritizing the Lord at the top.
  • Discipline is freedom.
  • Unhealthy habits will leave you running on E, unable to give God & others your best.
  • God designed our bodies he knows what we need. The Bible has many references on how to steward our bodies well.
  • The Bible speaks about laziness (see proverbs 6:9-10)

7 healthy habits to start implementing today:

  1. Sleep more
  2. Drink water
  3. Read/ Journal Bible
  4. Track your food/ eat healthily
  5. Workout
  6. Walk/ Get Outside
  7. Daily Prayer & Worship
  8. How can I form healthy habits in faith & exercise?
  9. Finding a routine you enjoy
  10. Practice gratitude & devotion
  11. Be flexible
  12. Start small
