Listing expert Dave Dettmann returns to The Royal PalmCast with his best tips for getting listings, along with a few misconceptions about them. Dave says that the most successful listers are ones who focus on being a lister, rather than chasing buyers. He also urges Realtors to talk with for-sale-by-owner sellers, who he says end up listing with a professional 80 percent of the time.
