I believe that success leaves clues. One of the things that I like to do on a pretty regular basis is go to my local Starbucks. I was in a bookstore and there was a book that caught my eye called The Starbucks Experience and how we can take the lessons from Starbucks and apply them to our own business. I got some great notes.
