The Bank of England Announces the Possibility of Negative Interest Rates.   The Bank of England revealed plans to explore how a negative bank interest rate could be implemented effectively on outlooks of a failing economy in the coming year.  The Federal Reserve has also announced plans to keep interest rates at almost zero. These central bank announcements have brought up concerns into hyperinflation and banking concerns on Main Street.   With that, Kraken has informed the public that it will create the first cryptocurrency bank, establishing itself in Wyoming.
