- Another Tip: There is no such thing as duplicate content. There is only the original (the master copy) everything else is then a copy of that content, but Google will not punish you for republishing that content.

- No Hat SEO-a lot of people spend their time arguing in chats about black, white or gray SEO.
- If you’re thinking along those terms, you need to tweak that mindset and focus on results.
(6:14) How did you get to where you’re at now? Can you share insight in where you started-what did you do before SEO?
- I was a business manager for a company but then the company got sold. I was put in a cubicle.
- I didn’t like that so I quit and moved to Costa Rica
- I have a degree in computer programming (just as a background) and I was at a party and a guy asked if I could help him get more traffic to his site and I said sure! And that's where it started.
(9:18) What's important for Google today? Can you give some insight on what people can do right now to see results?
- At the foundational level (with Google) -it’s still all the same.
- If you get carried away with all of the changes Google is making, you are falling into their trap of not paying attention to the simple things that work on the web.
