The joy of Jesus Christ in you if you decide to do these things. Objective optimism is a relaxed mental attitude from the inner joy and confidence that comes from the Word of God in your soul.  You have a promise from God of living grace provisions. He will provide for you. No worries. Free of stress - one of the wonderful things of the Christian life. Not free of adversity. The Lord didn’t promise a life without adversity. He did give us promises to prevail through adversity. In the Lord’s last conversation with the disciples, He gave them these things “so that My joy might remain in you and your joy might be full” (John 15:11). The disciples could have confident expectations of what God was going to do with them and through them and for them - and so can we.
