Cherita O'dell is a former Olympian, author, and luxury real estate agent based in Barbados. After earning a full athletic scholarship to Rice University, she qualified for the Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta in the long jump. A devastating injury during a practice meet abruptly ended her athletic career. Since then, Cherita has transitioned into hospitality and entrepreneurship, serving as a successful realtor for the past 20 years. She is also the author of the book Good God!, a comical and insightful look at her eight-year journey as a single woman before starting her family.
