You may have noticed that I just changed the title of the podcast from "The Teambuilder Playbook" to "The Star Guided Entrepreneur".  This was a major decision for me and I tell you the whole dramatic story of why I am doing this.  It's the scariest thing I've done in a long time, and yes, even scarier than climbing the coldest and highest mountain in North America!

I also realize I will antagonize people who don’t agree with what I’m about to say.  But I've realized that anytime we try to people please and hide a part of who we are authentically, we get judged anyway - people who don't like us will always find something to criticize.

So, I've decided that we might as well go out there and sing our unique song.
