In this episode, Sandy speaks about the placement of unnecessary, and at times unrealistic, standards on herself which can sometimes lead to backfiring on her. Through her new format of driving while speaking casually, she hopes to interact with the audience on a more personal level, having conversations that aren't as thought-through as she's able to speak her mind on the spot. This will be an experiment, but we're down for the journey.
