How do I know my self-worth?”

1. The three actions to take are

· Decide – there is power in a decision: decide you are worth finding out whoy you really are.

· Ask yourself this question every day and write the answer down – did I show up for myself today and how

· Be forgiving of yourself – forgive yourself for past and future mistakes.
