True repentance is not an emotion…it’s a decision of the mind that then gets carried out by your will and applied to your life. The Prodigal Son had a change of mind that he applied to his life when he went running back to the father. Judas only felt remorse and shame for spilling innocent blood, which then lead to his suicide and not a change of mind and will. Repentance is a decision and not an emotion. Enjoy.
