Michelle Davidson is the owner of Cooper's Small Batch in Denver, CO.  She and her husband started making sauces originally for a restaurant they owned.  When they decided to sell the restaurant, the crowd favorite sauces were still in demand.  The duo decided to start commercially producing the sauces, along with new innovations, as a way to save money for their kids' college funds.  The rest is history.  Now in its second full year of commerce, Cooper's is blowing up around Colorado and beyond!
