There would be many people, believers and non-believers alike, that would agree with Tim. Psalm 23 is a scripture that brings comfort to so many during difficult times of life. Tim says the essence of the 23 Psalm is that the key to meeting our wants and needs is NOT in pursuing the needs themselves but in pursuing a relationship with God.
