Have you noticed how quickly the meanings of words change with the generations? Years ago, poser meant a puzzling or baffling question, or a person who poses. A more modern definition of poser is one who attempts to appear to others as something they are not. In Jesus day He called them false prophets or false teachers. And he warned that they were like a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Satan likes to use posers to lead people away from God, and the scary part is they are all around us!
