Hello, all you beautiful people out there! Welcome to the Single Parents Podcast! This week, we're changing the narrative on the whole "being single" thing. Segment 1: As single parents, guilt is a feeling/emotion that can pop up within us often. We may feel guilty about who our kids' other parent is, how much we have to work to survive, or even that we wish we could give our kids more. Guilt is real, and Anthony is going to break down his thoughts on guilt and how we can both respond to navigate it as Solo Parents.

Segment 2: Let's normalize being single! Okay? Thanks! Our culture loves (overtly or subtly) to make single people feel as if they're "not enough" unless they're in a relationship. Well, Anthony just watched a TikTok about this topic and he's ready to give his hot takes on some outdated ways of thinking that need to change!

Segment 3: We're closing the show by giving some love to our married friends out there who, essentially, function as Single Parents. Perhaps, this is because their spouse's career often takes them away from the family, their spouse just isn't helpful at all, or maybe because their spouse physically/mentally can't help at this time. We see you married Single Parents, and we love you!Let's get into it!___________________________________________________New episodes drop every Wednesday!
