Donna Peters interviews community leader, Copland Rudolph. She shares how she works at keeping her actions aligned with her core values by: creating space to do what's important, getting proximate, saying 'no,' and being present.

Copland is the Executive Director of a not-for-profit foundation focused on equity for all children in the public schools. She is also a certified fitness instructor and shares her talents with others in her community, including women inmates at the correctional facility.

Reflect on how you're living aligned to your core values:

  • are you feeling your feelings?
  • are you telling your truth?
  • are you keeping your agreements?

Copland's personal mission statement: "I am fully alive in every moment of every day."

Copland's core values: Well-being, Integrity, Justice
