When a suggestion becomes an order. we're about to see if that happens in the four counties of the central district health district. it will have an effect on just about everything from businesses to bars to long term care facilities and sports and a lot of people are calling foul on that. With a vaccine on the horizon – it seems we seeing some sort of light at the end of this pandemic tunnel.  Does that mean we will be able to ditch the mask, once we start injecting the inoculation?  Not likely. Local health experts say Idahoans will determine when we emerge from that tunnel. How we attack the holiday shopping season is changing quite a bit this year – but there is one old-school shopping technique that still applies in 2020.  Sitting and waiting.  We're going back to when we used to do that - in public.
