We spoke with frontline health care workers - including a St. Luke's respiratory therapist - to find out what is really happening inside the hospital. Also, the departure of a coffee shop from the Boise State campus turned into a dramatic controversy this week. And it culminated with hundreds of people gathering outside Big City Coffee's downtown Boise location on Friday.
