For our first ever episode I'm joined by my very good friend Seth Tackaberry. Seth is a musician from London who is in incredibly high demand on the music scene across the world. Over the past year he has been on tour with Cory Wong, Phoebe Katis and Caleb Hawley as well as playing with the world renowned WDR Big Band and Vince Mendoza.

I chat to Seth about his dream dessert (vanilla and cookie dough cheesecake), as well as dealing with the pressures of playing with some of the worlds best, and coping with keeping up high energy performances on long stints away from home.
