Cale talks a bit about his back career in radio, and how he was called to create a show for Christian men. After years of building a successful Ham radio podcast, Cale walks through the decision to step away and heed the call to create Modern Christian Men.

Matthew then discusses a decision to minister and disciple men in the corporate setting at work, and how a mentorship turned into a calling to develop and speak to men. Learn more about connecting with others, sharing your story in what might feel like an environment neutral towards people of faith. Matthew then walks through starting the Mighty Angel podcast, and how it can help you to get better in your work, family, and faith.

We go on to get the “inside scoop” from Cale who has been a stay at home dad for many years. We talk about the value and importance of a stay at home spouse, and how you can serve your spouse who stays home with kids.

Cale then recounts his family’s journey with his wife’s health struggles, and how that has changed his perspective on connecting and serving with his wife.

We wrap up with a discussion on finding and hearing God’s call to you in your life’s purposes.
