Today I talk about the problem with remote work, and what we can do to fix it. Remote work is an inevitability, as the flexibility and control it offers is unparalleled.  However, the distance from other coworkers and not physically being in office can be lonely. We need to search for ways to deliver community and a sense of belonging outside of the office environment.
