I've Always been a huge fan of Talking Heads and so I took my Love for their 1980's song Once In A Lifetime and turned that into my source material for this, the 3rd episode of TheIFpodcast. I think Once In A Lifetime is a great metaphor for the success journey and for the ways in which I took on my writing and recodring. When I recorded this episode and sent it our for review back in early February 2020, I had no idea that Byrne would go on to host Saturday Night Live on February 29 after 31 years and celebrate the song again following his American Utopia residency.
