Nicola’s business journey started eleven years ago. After starting a family, she quickly realised that her corporate career and subsequent lifestyle no longer served her, and decided to set up her own coaching business.
She started out helping new mothers, who did not want to go back to corporate work after their maternity leave, to create and launch their own business. She has since evolved as a mindset coach for mid-career professional women, helping them create healthy boundaries, develop supportive habits and build their inner confidence so they can excel at work and still have a life they love.
