Lucas is a Partner Manager and Content Manager at Gorgias. He co-founded Venngage, an infographic maker, and Treats Happen, an e-commerce first natural dog treat company. And in our conversation, we discuss tech stack, customer service and lessons learnt from a serial entrepreneur.
Today, 3500 Ecommerce stores including MVMT, Timbuk2 and Steve Madden use Gorgias to power their customer service. Lucas lives in Toronto, Canada and is a huge fan of bikes, the Blue Jays, and burritos.
