I've been told by the UK Government that I am at risk of contracting the Coronavirus and therefore must isolate for 12 weeks. This podcast documents my journey as well as the conversations I have with others going through similar things.

Today has been the hardest day so far. Mother's Day without seeing my Mum for the first time in 28 years. It's was tough but I said I would be honest with you all on this journey so here it is.
