Do airlines care about their customers anymore?  And did George get one of the Best possible assignments from Uncle Sam?  George is back and talks about the unbelievable issue both getting to his destination last week and then getting back to Denver.  Airline employees not showing up for work, awful ground management at a Texas airport, and a complete lack of customer service...but once you find out where Uncle Sam sent George last week, you might not have as much empathy.
