What percentage of their sentence should a violent offender serve?  More or less than 50%?  George welcome Michael Fields from Advance Colorado to the show to talk about a proposed ballot measure that would have let you, the voter, decide if violent offenders should serve at least 85% of their sentence...BUT...Phil Weiser's AG office stepped in and through the title process, killed the measure.  Since these violent offenders are released into our community, why don't we get a voice?
