Kara is the Co-founder of the famed Mother Road Coffee Shop in Carthage, Mo.  It has become a staple for anyone touring Route 66 (The Mother Road).  Kara and her husband Ed are have recently sold the coffee shop to take on their next venture.  Hope you enjoy this episode as much as Drew and I enjoyed recording it.
