327 – Scripture Alone

God bless you abundantly in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

This week’s podcast is called “Scripture Alone. Martin Luther coined the phrase, and it was his motto. Over five hundred years ago, he started looking at the Bible, and as he did, he saw that what was being taught in the church was inaccurate according to the Scriptures. He thought churches should follow or pattern their lives after what the Word of God said, not what the pope said or tradition or any group of people thought. But fellow what the Scriptures say, alone. He tried to get people to look at the Scriptures again. He saw through his studying the Scriptures a far more Superior, soothing and dynamic life. That God wants the best for people.
