What are the laws in Queensland now regarding investment properties and land taxes? What is the limit before one gets taxed?
How long before you would sell a property to avoid costly maintenance?
I have 8 properties, loans approx. $6m, monthly repayment $50k/month, the bank can increase interest rates 13 times a year and I only can increase rent yearly. Hard to grow to next level - any suggestions?
