There is so much said online, or in magazines, in books, or on podcasts about "finding your why". And to be honest – it’s one of my bugbears. And excuse the pun but here’s why. There are three things: 1 – people don’t buy why you do something or what you do, 2 – your why is not your purpose, and 3 – what you think is your “why” is likely to be not your true why in the first place!
