It’s around this time of year when people start to make plans – if it’s not plans for next year, it’s plans for Christmas. And with that we begin to hear people talking about new resolutions that they’re going to set, budgets for the year ahead, goals to be achieved, and what they’re going to do to drive forward both personally and professionally. And typically you’ll hear things being said that they can’t wait for the past year to be got rid of and for the next year to begin. How crazy is that – as if the change in a calendar date is going to make all that difference – and there’s still a couple of weeks to go to the end of the year! I’m here to tell you to stop doing all of that just for one moment.
