When the seventh annual SOAR Student Leadership Conference takes place on January 30, 2021, hundreds of Ravens will gather virtually, from around the world, to hear from guest lecturers and student leaders, learn in workshops and listen to expert speakers. But what is SOAR? And, who's it really for? We sit down with past participants who are now organizers and presenters for SOAR 2021 to talk about what the day has in store.
