VINI concludes our exploration of all things case management with our second interview of Valley Behavioral Health Case Managers Megan Hanshaw, Maureen Bell, and Luke Gangi-Wellman. We discuss the challenges of being a case manager, the differences between the programs they work at, and the unique perspectives COVID-19 has presented.
