Most of my clients see the cords as dark string like mozzarella cheese when you pull it, but with a rope like thickness in many cases. They are attached to our energy centers, or places of darkness in our force field and they function like tubes through which chi and information can be taken (stolen) or given (healing or bad energy or karma dumping).
