Right now the number of business transactions are down but the number of potential customers is significantly higher. The number of jobs you are on is down, but the number of people that will need your services when the country opens back up will be accelerated.

Your customers love you, they miss your services, they miss connecting with you. Imagine if you’re a hair salon, you know how many women are talking about their roots as I speak?  Do you know how many people need to get back on the treadmill with their trainers? Business hasn’t stopped. Maybe the sales transactions have, but business is very much alive if you are in the business of building relationships. Call your customers, reach out to them and see how they are doing and that you are thinking about them. Your business is not a business if it isn’t about people and the ones you care about.
