Taking time to reflect back on previous versions of ourselves not only gives us insight into the pitfalls we've made before, but an exercise in reflection can give the present and future versions of ourselves clarity about who we want to be today. As Socrates reminds us, "The unexamined life is not worth living." In this episode, Demetri reflects back on his past, advises his former self to do things a little differently, and reflects upon his self-help journey.
