As human,we are grouped into several units, communities, families, nations and so on. Every aspects of human is led by men we referred to as leaders. A true leader is a servant leader. That is, he serves his followers by leading with examples and understanding them without prioritizing himself above them. Jesus Christ was a perfect example for everyone who desires to be a leader. A leader with a humble heart achieve more goals and realize his vision. An arrogant and prideful leader disrupt the system, creates chaos and lament in the end unless he comes to repentance.
