A Mystic is someone who is comfortable going in between worlds: the worlds on the inside with eyes closed; the spirit world based on where spirit and the planets are; and the outside world where the rocks, mountains and trees are. It’s having one foot in and one foot out. It is traversing these two worlds as easily as the inhalation and the exhalation of the breath. There's no resistance back and forth between all these realms.
We can use the elements as a launching point to understanding ourselves more fully. Discussed are the four elements, the “missing element” and how to embody the elements so Spirit can use us fully.
