Katie Chambers is an accomplished​ ​and​ ​passionate​ ​cellist​ ​and​ educator based in Brooklyn, NY.​

Chambers​ ​plays ​on​ ​various​ ​television​ ​shows​ ​and​ ​at​ ​many​ ​prestigious venues​ ​such​ ​as​ Carnegie Hall, ​Lincoln​ ​Center,​ ​Kimmel​ ​Center,​ ​​​Kennedy​ ​Center and ​Strathmore, including numerous musical theater pits throughout the east coast​.​​

Chambers​ ​works ​with various​ ​singers​/​songwriters/performers,​ ​including Evanescence, Lindsey Stirling, Brian Falduto and Victoria​ ​Vox.​

Chambers ​is known​ ​for​ ​her​ ​improvising​, ​extensive​ ​recording​ ​and​ ​performance experience,​ ​winning​ ​​Washington​ ​Area​ ​Music​ ​Award​ (http://www.wamadc.com) in​ ​2011,​ ​for​ ​​​Vox/Ukulele/Cello.​​ ​Chambers​ ​graduated​​ ​from​ ​University​ ​of Maryland,​ ​College​ ​Park​ with undergraduate​ ​degree​ ​in​ ​cello​ ​performance ​and​ ​a​ ​master's​ ​in​ ​cello​ ​performance​ ​from​ ​San​ ​Francisco​ ​Conservatory​ ​of Music.
