Charles just wrapped a week long consult with a larger IT provider that described themselves as, "Directionless, and without sales."  Listen in to find out what the challenges really ended up being, and how he guided the client to begin changing.  One of my favorite quotes from the session recordings was, "I'm not going to give you a 3 month goal because you've not shown the ability to hit a one week goal.  We're going to work together on harnesses your amazing abilities to turn your team around, and this is how we're going to start, sir."  

Side note - Charles is unaware this client has already recommended us to a peer, that is now on his/Charles's schedule a month from now.
