Revisiting the extrovert snd introversion ti make a point. You hear lots of the Myers Briggs in modern usage. Do people know what they are talking about? Not usually.
We are highlighting introversion and extroversion because they are most in our culture.

In order to make the Myers Briggs useful to you, you have to make the terminology second nature to you. WHAT IS YOUR PROFILE, ie, I am talking to anybody, in my head I am saying. From what I am hearing, what is this person’s profile.
We are beginning to focus on your individual profile. It is expected that you know your profile; you have taken the test, at work, on line. Whatever. And, we begin talking about it
