In this episode Andy and I discuss the current relationship between LGBTQ+ students and Lee University, in light of a recent controversy which has made students feel hesitant to call Lee a safe place. We talk about how to be a safe person, while not necessarily being affirming, to someone of a different sexual or gender identity and overall how important it is to recognize personal bias and setting that aside to see an individual's humanity.
