Welcome to season 3!  To kick off this season it was only fair that I sit down and I guess catch up? , I just wanted to start off the season sharing with you all the changes that I plan to make this season and answers some of the questions that some have you have had. I hope that you are able to resonate with this episode, this is a solo episode and though I promised myself I would never do this again here we are. Here is to trying more uncomfortable things? I don't know what I am doing half the time so let's take this season to figure it out.
