Carol Axe, Operations Lead: Former COO of Sheffield Wednesday FC and former Director of Operations for Stericycle. Carol has vast experience managing large budgets and contact centre operations, she supports ADV's portfolio companies think about communicating with customers at scale.

An accomplished Business Leader, with 20 years of compelling success of managing performance and controlling operations across multi-sector organisations. Carol has proven experience and success of leading teams of up to 500 FTE, providing strategic vision, and commercial delivery of business performance including strategic planning, budget and P&L.
