This is a little scenario of a new couple that explain why employers should see to the needs of men granted for maternity/parental leave in other to ease the workload on a new mom when no family around, mostly mom having twins with no experience will need her husband to help with the babies. this can only happened if employer will understand men should help care for new born baby so a woman that just give birth will not be doing all the work alone.
