This historical summary of the eschatological debates between Bible-believing Christians in the mid- to late-twentieth century will concentrate on the attack of a resurgent Amillennialism upon a dominant Dispensationalism. I believe this concentration is justified by the fact that these two viewpoints have emerged as the dominant `players’ in the eschatological match of our century.
